Returns
Request within 4 days of delivery at urvi@thehomecentric.com. Returns accepted within 15 days of our confirmation. Items must be in original packaging, undamaged. Return shipping is borne by the buyer.
Curtain panels are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Processed within 72 hours of receiving returned goods in good condition. Original shipping charges are deducted from the refund. Please share tracking details once shipped back.
