Q: "How can I check the status of my order?"
Answer: You can check the status of your order by using online order tracking tool. Please use the order ID provided to you to check the status of your order.
Q: "How can I change or cancel my order?"
Answer: Please contact us with your order number and reason for cancelation on our email id urvi [at] thehomecentric.com for order cancelation request. Your request will be executed once a complete understanding is established behind your reason for cancelation. No order can be canceled after it has been shipped.
Q: "What happens if I receive damaged goods?"
Answer: You may return merchandise for a refund or replacement if you have received the merchandise in a damaged condition. An intimation email of the damage should be received by us within 72 hours of delivery along with photographs. The email should be sent to urvi [! at] thehomecentric.com. Once we have received your email, our customer support team will respond back with our acceptance or rejection of the claim within 48 hours after investigating the issue based on the facts available with us.
Once the claim is accepted, we will require you to return the merchandise within 15 days from the day we have agreed to your damage claim. Refunds will be issued within 3 days from the date of receipt of the damaged parcel. The shipping charges will be borne by us, provided they do not exceed the shipping charges you were charged at the time of placing the order. Alternatively, a free replacement can be sent if the claim of damage is agreed.

Answer: We prefer shipping to a non-PO box address if that is an option available with you. In special cases for customers from United States, we may accept shipping to a PO Box address upon special request. We do not ship to APO address.

Answer: Yes, we do undertake customization requests if they are limited to size, color or small changes in the designs listed on our store. Send in your inquiries through the ‘Request Customization’ form. The quotes for customized orders will be shared after evaluating the details of the customization request.
